Three Ways to Get There
Festival shuttle
At Dream Fest 2024 the organizers ran free shuttles: 16:00–20:00 from Koroglu metro station (the parking lot behind the pyramid exit) to Sea Breeze, and 22:30–02:30 back. Rides were free for anyone with a festival ticket.

Bus
The seasonal BakuBus 150E route from Koroglu metro station to Sea Breeze, 0,90 AZN, every 30 minutes. Routes 144 and 177 stop on the Zugulba highway.

By Car
By car, take the Buzovna–Pirshagi highway to the Sea Breeze entrance in Nardaran. Sources don't mention separate parking at the venue.

Weather
Wind off the sea
The venue is open-air, right by the water: evenings by the Caspian are noticeably cooler than in the city. Summer evenings are warm, but the wind can be strong.
